The summer season 2024 at Europa-Park promises plenty of exciting novelties and developments.

In the Croatian themed area, you can look forward to the brand-new Multi Launch Coaster "Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac," which offers breathtaking speed and action. With a capacity of around 20,000 people per day, you can expect thrilling rides that will leave you breathless! The opening is just around the corner, on April 26th!

There are also numerous new attractions to discover in the Austrian themed area. The beloved classic "Alpenexpress Enzian" and the "Tiroler Wildwasserbahn" have been eagerly awaited after their reconstruction and will provide unforgettable moments starting from May 14th. Opening on May 14th, 2024.

But that's not all! The new Yomi Adventure Trail invites you to exciting exploration tours, and the captivating VR experience at Alpenexpress Coastiality promises unique entertainment for all adrenaline junkies and tech enthusiasts.

Not to be forgotten is the comprehensive renovation of the main entrance, which will shine in new splendor for the summer season and will immediately immerse you in a world full of adventure and fun.

    Do we need child seats for small children in coaches?

    According to Road Traffic Regulations Art. 3a Para. 4 VRV, no child restraint devices (child seats, shells) are required in coaches for children aged 4 and over. If you are travelling with children under the age of 4, you must bring suitable child seats with you. Please note that coaches are equipped with lap belts. Child seats that need to be secured with three-point belts cannot be fastened in coaches.

    It is not possible to pay directly with Swiss francs at Europa-Park. The official currency in the park is the euro. However, if you have Swiss francs, there are various options: You can change money at the information desk or at the exchange machine in the park. Alternatively, you can buy euros in Switzerland, for example at any SBB railway counter, and then use them at Europa-Park.

    Yes, Rust has a train station called "Ringsheim", which is about 4 kilometres from Europa-Park. The journey from Ringsheim station to the park takes about 20 minutes. Travelling by bus from Switzerland or Basel is a convenient and faster alternative to the train to get to Europa-Park. An exclusive Europa-Park bus (line 7231/7200) runs regularly between Ringsheim railway station, the Rulantica/Hotel "Krønasår", the Europa-Park hotels and the main entrance to Europa-Park.

    The quickest way to get to Europa-Park depends on various factors, such as your starting point and the means of transport you choose. Here are some options:

    1. By car:
      If you are travelling by car, you can use the A5 motorway. Europa-Park is located in Rust, Baden-Württemberg, and is easily accessible via the motorway. Be aware of the traffic situation and plan your journey accordingly. If you leave early in the morning (before 8.00 a.m. in Basel), you will probably avoid the major traffic jams.
    2. By train:
      Travelling by train is an option. The nearest train station is Ringsheim, about 4 kilometres from Europa-Park. From there you can take the bus (line 7231/7200), which runs regularly between Ringsheim station and Europa-Park. Travelling by train is usually the slowest and most expensive option.
    3. By bus:
