Born Reisen is a member of the guarantee fund of the Swiss Travel Agency Association. This means for you:
The Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund will reimburse any money you have paid for package holidays in the event of the bankruptcy or insolvency of your contractual partner before departure. In the event of insolvency after the start of the holiday, the Guarantee Fund will cover the return travel costs if the service provider fails to meet its obligations.
