An impressive journey through the alpine summer world: we experience fantastic mountain passes, impressive mountain scenery and, as a special highlight, the mysterious underground lake of St. Léonard.
We set off for Bern in the morning. At the Gruyères rest stop, we enjoy coffee and croissants with a magnificent view. Our journey then winds its way through the scenic Col des Mosses into Valais. We reach St. Léonard through the sunny Rhone Valley. Here we immerse ourselves in a fascinating, tranquil world and experience an unforgettable boat trip on the famous underground lake “Lac Souterrain” – a moment full of wonder and excitement. We then drive to the wine village of Salgesch, where lunch awaits us. In the afternoon, we drive through Goms towards the Grimsel Pass with a stop at the famous marmots. The way home takes us over the Brünig Pass, past beautiful landscapes, back via Lucerne to the Olten region.
