Relax by the sea or head out and explore? In Jesolo Lido, you can enjoy your holiday just the way you like. The long sandy beach, lively promenade and Mediterranean atmosphere provide the perfect setting for a relaxing break.

During our stay, we will be staying at the **** Hotel Nettuno, located directly on the seafront promenade. Those wishing to explore the surrounding area can join our optional excursions to Venice and Friuli. If you prefer to relax, simply enjoy your free days on the beach, at the hotel or strolling through Jesolo Lido.

Day 1: Journey to Jesolo Lido

We travel by comfortable coach towards Italy. Along the way, we stop in the Franciacorta region, where we enjoy lunch together. Afterwards, we continue our journey to the Adriatic coast.

In the evening, we arrive in Jesolo Lido and check into our rooms at the **** Hotel Nettuno. After dinner, there is time for a first stroll along the lively promenade with its shops, restaurants and gelaterias.

Day 2: Free Time by the Sea or Optional Excursion to Venice

Today, the choice is yours: enjoy a free day in Jesolo Lido or join the optional excursion to Venice.

For the excursion, we travel by coach to Punta Sabbioni. From there, a boat takes us to St Mark's Square, where our guide will be waiting for us. During a full-day guided tour, we discover the lagoon city and learn more about its history and traditions. There will also be time to explore on your own.

Another highlight is a visit to a Venetian mask workshop. During a live demonstration, we see how a traditional papier-mâché mask is made and learn more about the art of Venetian mask-making. In the late afternoon, we return by boat to Punta Sabbioni and then by coach to Jesolo Lido. Dinner is served at the hotel.

Day 3: Relaxation by the Sea

Today is all about relaxation. Enjoy the facilities at our hotel or spend a leisurely day on the long sandy beach of Jesolo Lido.

Take a stroll along the promenade, soak up the Italian holiday atmosphere or simply enjoy a peaceful day by the sea. There is plenty of time to experience Jesolo Lido at your own pace.

Day 4: Free Time by the Sea or Optional Excursion to Friuli

Once again, you can choose between a free day on the Adriatic coast and an optional excursion to Friuli.

We travel together to San Daniele, famous for its air-dried ham. During a visit to a ham producer, we learn about the traditional production process before enjoying a lunch featuring San Daniele ham.

We then continue to Udine, where there is time to explore the historic centre at your own pace. In the afternoon, we visit the Nonino grappa distillery, learn more about how this famous spirit is produced and enjoy a tasting. In the evening, we return to Jesolo Lido, where dinner awaits us at the hotel.

Day 5: Return Journey

After breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to Jesolo Lido. We begin our journey back to Switzerland and arrive at our departure points in the evening.
