An enjoyable day trip to Val-de-Travers: we discover the world of absinthe, enjoy a special lunch and marvel at the impressive Creux du Van.
We will set off together on a varied day trip to Val-de-Travers. At La Maison de l'Absinthe, we will immerse ourselves in the history and production of this traditional spirit during an exciting guided tour. The highlight is the tasting, where we sample different types of absinthe and learn about their delicate flavors. We then continue on to the Café des Mines. In a cozy atmosphere, we indulge in culinary delights and enjoy the special dish “ham in asphalt.” In the afternoon, we take a detour to Creux du Van. The mighty rock basin impresses with its vastness and unique natural backdrop. With many impressions in our luggage, we begin our return journey.
